TERMS OF SALES

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between DESIGNSCREEN HD with a capital of 20,000 euros and its customers, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale apply in metropolitan France and Corsica included (excluding delivery times for Corsica), DOM TOM, EU and Switzerland. By extension, they concern the other countries in which we make commercial contacts

The pictures and technical specifications are given as an indication and are not contractual.

Manufacturing time

Each screen is handmade, exclusively on order, with the finishes and customized options of your choice. Approximately 5 weeks in order of arrival of orders after receiving your complete and validated order.

Delivery

The screens are shipped “EXW MONNAIE Intra Community” from our workshop. The delivery will be carried out by the carrier designated by DESIGNSCREEN and at transport fees indicated by the carrier, subject to access to the carrier at the customer. Please note orders are not delivered in stages. The recipient customer undertakes to receive his order.
SCREENS ARE SHIPPED IN THEIR VERTICAL PACKAGING: NEVER SLEEP THE APPLIANCE, OR GERBER THE PACKAGE, the fabric must remain suspended vertically in the apparatus. In case of damage observed on the delivered equipment, the client must write on the driver’s note the exact damage found and have the driver sign. No claim will be made by the insurers without the respect of these instructions. KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE DURING THE WARRANTY FOR POSSIBLE RE-ROUTING. No appliance will be accepted in after-sales service without its original packaging.

Guarantee

DESIGNSCREEN screens are hand-made in our workshops and no screen goes without perfect operation and verification. The screens are guaranteed 2 years parts and labor. Costs of redirection to the After Sales Service DESIGNSCREEN HD are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer must inform DESIGNSCREEN prior to any return for SAV and DESIGNSCREEN will provide a WRITTEN RETURN AGREEMENT for CARE. Our screens must MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Any materials returned to DESIGNSCREEN without WRITTEN PRINT or without the original packaging will be refused. After repair, the screen will be redirected to the customer’s address at the expense of DESIGNSCREEN. The warranty covers DESIGNSCREEN HD products that have an internal malfunction. Non-compliant uses and external or collateral damage are not covered by warranty. The replaced parts are guaranteed again 3 months.

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to external causes, negligence, fall or false maneuver on the part of the customer.
• Damage related to wear accessories: coaster, frames and tables or interactive equipment
• Damage resulting from changes in the original characteristics of our products
• Failure to comply with the installation and operating instructions given by DESIGNSCREEN.

The warranties of projectors: for some projectors brands, please register you after buying from the European manufacturers. Contact them for projectors warranties. In case of non-response, please contact us by mail with your number order.
Damage or failure related to an installation near heat, cold or humidity sources.
Repairs and damages of our screens by intervention of a repairman not approved by DESIGNSCREEN
The transport and packaging costs for return to the after-sales service designated by DESIGNSCREEN
Damage of any kind on other goods or persons, whether tangible, intangible or bodily, resulting from improper use or malfunction of the screens DESIGNSCREEN
These provisions do not limit the compulsory legal french guarantee for “hidden vice” (Art. 1625 and seq. Of the French Civil Code)
